Terms of use
The terms for using this referral site: what it is, what it is not, and where responsibility sits between you and an independent contractor.
What the site is
This website is a referral line for homeowners looking for water damage help in and around Castle Rock, Colorado. It connects callers with independent contractors. It is not a contractor, an insurer, a public adjuster or a government office.
No work is performed by the site
Any work is done by the independent contractor you choose to hire. Agreements about scope, schedule, payment and warranty are made between you and that contractor.
